Description
The FM Mattsson Pressure Balanced Thermostatic Shower Mixer features unique valve technology that handles sudden pressure peaks and fluctuating temperatures. With a minimum flow rate of 1L per minute, it ensures a constant temperature within ±1°C, thanks to the Pressure Balancing Piston. This built-in function also adds extra scalding protection, combining thermostatic temperature control and pressure balancing in a simple, easy-to-maintain cartridge design.
Installation
- Shower mixer comes with a 15mm BSP hand shower connection.
- Valve fitted with 20mm BSP connection nuts; pipework must be set at 150-153mm c/c.
- Safety lock feature prevents unintended temperature changes.
- Includes check valves and line strainers.
- Simple cartridge design for easy maintenance.
- Factory pre-set to 38°C, recalibratable by a licensed plumber.
